Conversely, it is necessary to appropriately increase the temperature of the module. The complicated structure and large product installation temperature should generally be within the range of the room temperature ~ 90 ° C.
(B) The temperature increase rate
Refers to the heating rate from the temperature to the maximum pressure temperature. For the fast mold pressure process, the molding temperature is the suppression temperature, and there is no problem of heating rate. The resin will release or absorb a certain amount of heat during the curing process. In general, first determine a relatively large temperature range, and then select a reasonable molding temperature through the process -performance test. The molding temperature has a lot to do with the variety of molding materials. The molding temperature is too high, the resin response speed is too fast, the fluidity of the material is reduced too fast, and the early local curing occurs, which cannot be full. If the temperature is too low, and the insufficient thermal insulation time of the product, there will be defects such as incomplete curing.
(D) Insulation time
Refers to the time to heat up at the molding pressure and molding temperature. The length of the insulation time depends on the variety of the mold, the height of the molding temperature, and the structural size and performance of the product.
(E)Cooling
In slow molding, after the heat preservation is over, it should be gradually cooled under a certain pressure. When the mold temperature drops below 60 ° C, the molding operation can be performed. There are two types of cooling methods: natural cooling and mandatory cooling. The fast suppression process can not be used in cooling operations. After the thermal insulation is over, it can be removed at the molding temperature and removed the product.
