Modeling pulp (also known as mold fiber) has been used to make containers, trays and other packaging since the 1930s. Purch can be produced by recycled materials or directly produced by trees and other plant fibers. Modeling is widely used in electronic products, home supplies, automotive parts and medical products.

The fiber parts are then separated from the mold and can be processed (e.g., formed, heating, drying, top coating, etc.).

Modern fiber packaging products can be biodegradable and compostable. However, currently known fiber technology is not suitable for food packaging that foods can contact with packaging, especially meat and poultry containers, prefabricated foods, agricultural products, microwave food containers, and lids and cups for beverage containers.

Molded Fiber Product Production Line Includes:
