In the whole egg carton production line, there is no doubt that the main machine (molding machine) is the most critical part, but how to identify the main machine? Identify the quality of the host from the following points:
1: The customer can ask the manufacturer to start the main machine to verify the stability. When the main machine of the egg custard machine is running normally, there is no vibration, no jerk, steady operation at a constant speed, and no noise
2: Positioning accuracy. Turn the host machine to observe the fit clearance between the forming mould and the transfer mould, and whether the clearance between the forming mould and the transfer mould is consistent. Observe the four corners of the contact surface of the mould, and the clearance of 1mm is the fit clearance. If the host machine is a multi face forming machine, turn it to see whether the clearance between each face forming mould and the transfer mould can meet the clearance requirements.
3: Whether the materials selected for the egg tray machine host are reasonable. First of all, the host frame should select the national standard channel steel as the support part of the host, and the shaft type of the host should select 45 # solid carbon steel, which is the choice of the host shaft type because of its torque and toughness. Corrosion resistant and lightweight materials shall be selected for formwork and water tank
4: Gearbox, the key component for the operation of the main engine, is a Taiwan based gearbox with stable operation, high positioning accuracy and long service life. The gearbox is maintenance free within five years
5: Wear resistant materials shall be selected for components of dehydration seal assembly, and brass and stainless steel shall be selected by Haichuan as seal discs, which are corrosion free and wear resistant.
